Sicily is all about culture and history and that's exactly why you find couscous on our menu. Our famous couscous comes from the time when North Africa conquered Sicily.

 Our couscous is best served with local and organic seasonal veggies, deep fried seafood and the most delicious fish stock to top it all off, a specialty in our region. The couscous is homemade by my very own Mamma Mariella and the fish caught by me, Fabrizio.

Crostata Trapanese con ricotta is the perfect dish to finish your Sicilian culinary experience. We've chosen this dish as ricotta is reflective of our agriculture. This dessert dish is made of homemade zesty puff pastry filled with sweet ricotta and chocolate chips, sprinkled with icing sugar.

I'm Fabrizio, I'm a professional Sommelier with years of experience within the hospitality sector in the UK. Although having travelled and experienced  so many different foods, wines, and cultures I am still drawn to my home, Sicily. Sicily has an authentic and rich culture and I feel privileged to have grown up here with my mother Sicilian cooking. My goal is to show my country through our warm and hearty local dishes made from a true Sicilian mother.
