Home-made tagliatelle with meat ragù or Tuscan tomato bread soup There is nothing better than homemade Tagliatelle pasta traditionally served with a tasty meat ragù aka Bolognese Sauce slowly cooked for a few hours. Alternately, suitable for vegetarian and vegan, we can offer the traditional Tuscan soup containing tomatoes, onion, bread and basil.
MAIN COURSE
Tripe Florentine Way or Aubergine Parmesan with roasted potatoes Discover one of the most typical Florentine Street food: stripes of sliced tripes slowly cooked over low heat with tomatoes and served with a sprinkle of Parmigiano cheese and a trickle of genuine extra virgin olive oil on to.
