There is nothing better than homemade Tagliatelle pasta traditionally served with a tasty meat ragù aka Bolognese Sauce slowly cooked for a few hours.

Since I was a child I developed a real passion for cooking, good food and the conviviality that is associated with it. 

As I work in HR in the fashion industry, beauty is part of my daily life and food is the natural completion of an all-encompassing desire for well-being. As with perfumes, each dish is associated with a particular experience whose memory can be easily reactivated every time we get behind the stove. 

In addition to the classic Tuscan cuisine made of intense flavours and strict rules to follow, I also love to try and experiment with new dishes from different and distant international cuisines such as Thai or Russian. 

Having produced both olive oil and wine on land that my family has owned for generations, I believe that the quality of natural ingredients is the "secret"  for the success of every recipe.
