For more than 15 years I have been rambling in Spain, France, and Italy. I had a dream job: I was a gourmet tour guide with one goad and one task: finding new flavors and sharing them with my guests. Then jump on a train, move onto a new region, and repeat. That’s why my mum calls me “the wanderer of taste, nomad of the palate, the gourmet gypsy” and so on. Then she duly inquires if I'm planning to settle down. Then one day, I actually settled down. I have quitted the quest for new plates and I started cooking at home with my wife. Food lovers from around the world are welcome to join us! We pride ourselves to be Mediterranean Cuisine-freaks. We're hooked to the incredible variety of its flavors: fresh press olive oil from the south of Catalunya, herbs from Provence, alpine cheeses, meats from the Pyrenees pastures, citric from the Amalfi coast, rice from the Ebro Delta. And again: grandmother's desserts with modern twists, Italian mamma's handmade pasta, fish bought at an early-morning auction in front of the port, late-night artisanal bakers selling hot croissant at the street corner. And wine. Lots of wine. From the highlands of central Spain. From the Tuscan hills. From the south-facing slopes of Burgundy and the Mallorquine coasts. Small-batch wine, always from vintners who sincerely love their vineyards and their land.

Costillas de ternera marinada y braseadas durante 3 días en Priorat Reserva y hierbas de Mallorca.
Tibio de peras con Brandy + canela, rellenas con queso Ricotta Bio y almendras caramelizadas.

Angelo is a keen and loveable hosts, very capable in making you feel comfortable and relaxed during the event. He is always available explaining the recipe and the ingredients and sharing with you stories on how and why he had chosen that very course. We had: handmade egg-pasta stuffed with prawns and lobster, perhaps the winner from my point of view, ab fab combination and perfectly executed; monkfish married with a wine based sauce, very interesting combination and mini lemon pies, which were rich and tasty as a lemon pie should be. I highly recommend other the host and the menu and special mention to the location and decorations which made a major difference compared to similar events and venues

The dinner was simply spectacular and exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and very well presented. The wine was really good. The flower decoration and the overall atmosphere were great! I would definitely recommend it.
