Ingredients include: minced turkey (or Tofu for vegan/vegetarian option) green beans, corns, Chinese spring onion, ginger, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, numbing pepper, corn starch, vegetable oil and sugar.
Dipping Sauce: Oyster sauce and sweet chili sauce
Hearty beef with celery and mushroom cooked two ways: steamed and boiled, so you can eat to your heart's content.
Ingredients include: minced beef (or Tofu for vegan/vegetarian option), celery, shiitake mushroom, water chestnut, Chinese spring onion, ginger, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, numbing pepper, corn starch, vegetable oil and sugar.
Dipping sauce: Chinese black vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
