⁣Brought my friends here for his birthday. I cannot begin to describe how incredible the experience was. The venue, The Phoenix, was simple and had a homely feel. The juxtopisiton of the simplicity of the space and the extravagance of the food only emphasised the dining experience. Chef Jonathan was attentive and warm, and he served and explained each course with passion. ⁣ ⁣ I chose to book Jon's supper club for the uniqueness of his menu, and the food tasted as amazing as it looked. As a Middle Easterner, I was proud to see that influence in his dishes - Chef John managed to stayed true to the food's origins whilst incorporating innovative flavour combinations and elevated presentations. ⁣ ⁣ He and John, the bartender at The Phoenix, went out of their way to make our night special. We left with both our bellies and our hearts full. So if you're looking for something completely new to do now that Lockdown is over, I cannot recommend this enough. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

The best pop up I’ve eaten at! This chef has worked all over the world and mixes cuisines brilliantly. It’s like Ottolenghi on speed! He only opened on May 17th, once word gets around it will be hard to get a table
