the tour has great potential. Chad showed up 1-2 minutes before the tour and gave no introduction about what we were going to do or eat. We sampled 3 things and he gave us a bottle of water. the dumplings cost $2.00 and I suspect the other items were the same. We should have sampled fresh fruit from the stalls on the street - he couod arranged to have them clean and available ahead of time.

Chad's walking tour of Chinatown in NYC was a delight. A great overview of the area with a terrific balance of history and current trends, along with wonderfully timed stops for favorite food tasting. Chad was so personable, ready for any question, and full of enthusiasm for the area and food connections. Highly recommended to get you on a "walkabout" of an important, but somewhat hidden area of the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed Chad’s tour of Chinatown - both the structure of the tour and the food items were excellent. The walk through an indoor market was insightful, history nuggets added depth, and shopping suggestions were appreciated. Highly recommended for a reasonably priced introduction to the Chinatown neighborhood... and a filling meal!
