During this 1:1 class you’ll create your own sourdough starter (liquid or solid, I'll explain you the differences).

Create a starter is easy but the first week of its life is the real deal! That's why afterwards I'll send you all the instructions to keep going with it and I'll be available for a week, on Whatsapp, for any questions, doubts and updates you might have!

About your host, Andrea: "My aim is to encourage people to build up their own pizza recipes giving them the right skill & self confidence to make great pizzas! I’ve been teaching thousands of people in the last 3 years and I can tell you the “perfect” recipe doesn’t exist. Too many factors are involved while making pizzas that’s why every case is totally different! I moved to London five years ago from a little city close to Bergamo (Lombardy) in Italy for a new experience. Passionate about baking I worked as a pizza chef in Central London. In 2016, Andrea and his girlfriend Martina opened their own concept store, "One n One fashion n pizza" in Spitalfields, where we host the sourdough workshops."

What to expect
This class was brilliant. Moved at a good pace and easy to follow. I had a good understanding of pizza dough making before I started, but this course and the chef's knowledge took it to a whole new level.
Excellent session, very knowledgeable and friendly! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
I chose the 1:1 zoom session with Andrea and he was fantastic! really knowledgeable about all things pizza & dough related! the class was engaging, fun and informational! It was also a real pleasure communicating for the two days with Andrea - there are no silly questions and he was more than accommodating in answering any that I had even prior to booking the class, so a massive thumbs up there too!
I will definitely be doing the sourdough masterclass at some point with Andrea - highly recommended :)
