Learn how to make the perfect sourdough pizza dough from scratch in your own kitchen! No need any fancy equipment, just your hands and a passion for the sourdough!
This 1:1 online class will be divided in 2 live video calls (120mins).
In the first call (60 mins) we will make a pizza dough learning:
- the right technique to knead by hand
- how temperatures & timing affect your dough
- how to shape & fold
- make dough balls
We’ll now leave the dough rest for at least 24h.
The second call (60mins) will be after 24h and we'll finally make the pizzas learning:
- how to stretch it by hand (no roller pin allowed 😜)
- how to balance the toppings
- cooking temperatures & timings with the use of your kitchen oven (the use of a pizza stone/steel improves the final result!)
During these video calls I’d be happy to reply all your questions and clear out your doubts about sourdough pizza. Working by hand is the best way to understand how the kneading process works.
For the video calls see you on Zoom and once you book I'll send you the link. If you want you can send me pictures & updates on Whatsapp!
Book your spot now & start making great pizzas! If you prefer a different time or day for the experience just send me a message and I'll do my best to accept your request. THANK YOU!

About your host, Andrea: "My aim is to encourage people to build up their own pizza recipes giving them the right skill & self confidence to make great pizzas! I’ve been teaching thousands of people in the last 3 years and I can tell you the “perfect” recipe doesn’t exist. Too many factors are involved while making pizzas that’s why every case is totally different! I moved to London five years ago from a little city close to Bergamo (Lombardy) in Italy for a new experience. Passionate about baking I worked as a pizza chef in Central London. In 2016, Andrea and his girlfriend Martina opened their own concept store, "One n One fashion n pizza" in Spitalfields, where we host the sourdough workshops."

Excellent session, very knowledgeable and friendly! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
I chose the 1:1 zoom session with Andrea and he was fantastic! really knowledgeable about all things pizza & dough related! the class was engaging, fun and informational! It was also a real pleasure communicating for the two days with Andrea - there are no silly questions and he was more than accommodating in answering any that I had even prior to booking the class, so a massive thumbs up there too!
I will definitely be doing the sourdough masterclass at some point with Andrea - highly recommended :)
Andrea's lesson was fun and informative. We learnt a lot from the experience, and I would definitely recommend it.
This was a 1 on 1 event from home via zoom call. Andrea split the lesson over 2 days, with an hour spent on preparing the pizza dough on the first day, and then stretching and cooking pizzas the following day.
The whole experience was brilliant, and will have a permanent impact on our cooking for life. The experience was a birthday present to my girlfriend, who was dying to hone her sourdough making skills. She later admitted that it’ was one of the best presents she’d ever had.
Andrea is warm and friendly, clear and witty. He has an obvious passion for making pizza, and a deep understanding of the science behind the intricacies of baking with sourdough. His knowledge came through clearly when inquiring about our previous experience and current baking practises. More than this, from one instructor to another, Andrea is an exceptional teacher. He came across in a warm, supportive and encouraging manner throughout; his demonstrations were perfect and clear to see, and he was able to adapt his teaching to suit the audience.
I would not hesitate to recommend this class to anyone who loves good food, tasty pizza, an interest in baking, has their own sourdough starter, or even as a fun experience or gift. At the very least you will enjoy yourself, and it may permanently transform your cooking experiences forever.
