What to expect
This was an extraordinary experience. We were blessed to have the other attendee so it turned into a private class - Michael reached out before and after to make sure we got so much more out of it than we hoped, gave us an amazing bonus tutorial that transformed how we cook steak forever and mostly is really great guy with several lifetimes of travel and life experiences that he generously shared. Can't recommend highly enough!
Here's the short and the sweet: Michael's take on Thai was as good as any as I've had in Los Angeles - a city that is not in short supply of stellar representations of the cuisine.
Mike's cooking is really delightful. You can clearly see his passion for cooking shine through in each dish he prepares. I especially liked when he serves dishes that clearly demonstrate his Thai background and influences. Even more so than his cooking, Mike is simply an amazing host. He is fun and engaging and really just makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I definitely recommend attending one of his events!
