No wonder baking and decorating gingerbread cakes is a highlight of the Christmas preparations in Poland.

I will teach you to make your own gingerbread spice mix to be used during the class and later • You will find out how to turn gingerbreads cookies into beautiful Christmas tree decorations or unforgettable presents for your beloved ones. • Maria will demonstrate the process step by step and will provide cooking tips and tricks • Recipes will be sent after the class

Ingredients 150 g (5,3 oz) of plain flour + extra flour for rolling 1 tablespoon of warmed honey 75 g (2,6 oz) of icing sugar (white or brown) 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda 10 g (1/2 packet) of gingerbread spice (preferably ready-made or home-made 1 tablespoon of room temperature butter 1 egg about 40 g/40ml (1/8 cup) cup of warm milknal Polish honey and spices cakes

Nice and fun experience making traditional polish dumblings. We became excellent dumpling makers under Marias supervision. At the ens we taste lovely polish liquers.
