A word about the experience

We will start from the different kinds of flours you can use, the different kind of dough and 3 different kinds of pizza - small fried pizzelles, the Sicilian pizza + Pizzeria style pizza! and more tips and suggestions. So let's put our hands in the bowl and start making our pizza!
About your host: "When I was a child the best treat I could have after school was a slice of pizza bought by the Bakery at the corner of my school. I still remember when hungry I ran out the school where my mother was waiting for me with a warm, still smoking slice of Margherita pizza. Nothing to do with the round, well known pizza you can find in a pizzeria but the one she used to prepare at home on Sundays evening or whenever my sister and I made a request.
Each region in Italy has its own local pizza with so many different toppings, some very simple just anchovies, cheese and oregano others richer and complex in their making but they come from the same base: pizza dough. Just add more water or just olive oil in the dough and you will prepare different kind of pizzas. Event the process of cooking may change completely the result: fried, oven or pan!
