Gelato is made from a mixture of milk, cream, and sugar. It is known for its thick, creamy texture and rich flavour. Gelato originated in Italy, and while gelato’s base ingredients stay the same no matter where it’s made, there are a few regional differences. Let’s make gelato! You will prepare the white base - the base of the ice cream that can be personalized with the flavor you wish and the popsicles vanilla flavor covered with chocolate couverture You will need a bowl, food processor and electric whisker.
