You will master the art of Choux Pastry and bake authentic Parisian Chouquettes, one of the most popular pastries in France for breakfast.

• We will start from “la Mise en place” then we will travel together over centuries to discover all the extraordinary pastries that you will be able to make at home after this masterclass • Make choux pastry from scratch in this hands-on, interactive masterclass, learning all the pro tricks to make bakery level Chouquettes at home

• You can make just one booking per 1 household • Timings are flexible. Those are the ingredients that you will need: 1 egg 40g or 1/3 cup all purpose or gluten free flour for pastry 35g or 1/4 cup water 35g or 1/4 cup milk 30g or 2,5 tbsp unsalted butter Pearl sugar or Caster/Granulated sugar
Kitchen tools needed
Equipment medium sauce pan wood spatula stove medium size bowl 2 tea spoons baking tray parchment paper / silicon mat oven plate for presentation apron

Before the experience we would ask you to choose a confortable area in your kitchen were you can work smoothly, also have a good internet connection to enjoy the activity.
Also do not forget to pre-weigh all ingredients, you may place them separate on a small glass/bowl before the experience starts
This is very important in order to keep the experience on schedule.
What to expect
We had a wonderful time with Paula making macarons!
It was excellent. Eduardo was very knowledgeable and personable. Our group consisted of two adults and four kids from 9 to 19. Eduardo did a great job getting everyone involved and the macarons came out great! Highly recommend.
How was it??? It was a different time than what was posted. The host and EatWith can’t get it together to post the correct time so I missed the event. The host told me one time then the confirmation I received was a completely different time. Waste of money.
Our host Lorena was absolutely AMAZING! She was so informative and a great teacher. Once we finished the class we enjoyed a wonderful dining experience eating the crepes and gallettes that we made. I would highly recommend this class.
