Ethiopian food is served with injera, a fermented flat bread (of crepe consistency). You will learn how it is made from teff flour and cooking your own. You will also make three traditional dishes (meat or vegan according to preferences), and enjoy a feast of your own cooked food after, or take away if you prefer.
