Brunch will be followed by a coffee ceremony that involves roasting the raw green beans, sharing the aroma, brewing in special clay jugs and a delicious dessert

You can choose from the following: Meat and vegetarian mix platter - The best way to begin with Ethiopian food is to start with delicious Delina meat and a vegetarian platter so that you sample 11 delicious stews (wots) and dishes at one sitting.
Mahberawi - Delina’s meat-based mixed platter combines stew-like beef tibs, (African style stir-fried meat) or wots (slow-cooked lamb stew) and doro wot (chicken with a boiled egg)
Beyanetu - Nine dishes for you to sample in a dairy and gluten-free platter. Misir - spiced lentil dishes, shiro - chickpea and cashew nut stew, gomen - spinach and kale and atakilt - a cabbage and carrot dish.
