In Belén's cooking class, you will learn to make an authentic Mediterranean paella. 

You'll learn about which types of rice to use, she'll share her best tips for preparing a perfect stock and of course she will teach you how to present the final product the authentic way!

A number of things that I love have come together in my new project: a cooking school with a very personal touch which organizes activities related to cooking, as well as teaching and transmitting Spanish culture to travelers in Spain.
