Hi I am Nandini Natasha Austin British born,certified Ayurveda Consultant and Spice goddess. Im a vibrant like a soft yolk, spicy as a Thai chili pepper and effervescent as a bottle of Tattinger. I grew up in a multicultural household in England and Mauritius, a paradise island in the Indian ocean. During my former life working in Luxury Boutique hotels, I traveled the world experiencing a plethora of diverse cultures, dance styles, music, spices, and cuisines which all fueled my love affair with food and spices. When I met my hubby Yusef Austin, from the Cocktail Architect it was love at first bite; his knowledge of hospitality, zeal for cooking, and entertaining rivaled mine. We continued to travel the world, visiting local spice markets, and farmers' markets foraging unique ingredient combinations for his cocktails and my dishes. We began hosting pop-up dinner parties in our Brooklyn apartment Hamptons, New Hampshire, Hudson Valley,  Annapolis, and even my hometown of London.  We marry our love of connecting people over a delicious meal, storytelling, and hospitality by hosting with Eatwith.  Whilst our guests come as strangers, they leave as friends. Today we open up our home in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in the Hudson Valley to offer both food and drink experiences with deliciously curated menus and intoxicating spices.  My vision is to open your mind, mouth and palate to new spices, flavors, music and worlds.
