a) Napoleon - Baked tomato in the oven with spearmint-almonds pesto,
halloumi cheese, fig balsamic cream and cherry tomatoes.
b) Eggplant in the oven with fresh bio tomato, fresh basil, garlic and traditional feta cheese
Smoked pork by olive wood, marinated at with herbs and spices, baked in the wood oven accompanied by fresh bio potatoes, pickled cucumber and local mustard
Smoked lamp by olive wood, marinated with herbs with stuffed potato (mushroom, milk cream, garlic and rosemary) accompanied by Greek “tzatziki”.
Beef-steak rib-eye, smoked by olive wood, accompanied by asparagus and baked pumpkins and cherry tomatoes.
