Cooking class-lunch at our home in the countryside

Growing up we used to go almost every year to Spain in Valencia during summer vacations. One of the first meal introduced into the family was the paella made from an old lady named Lupe. It was love at first sight, watching and learning from her all those steps and technique how to cook and combine all the ingredients pushing them on the edges of the pans once they were cooked. Once we brought back from Spain the paella pan it became a dish always present in our family and friends gathering.
