A word about the experience
We will enter the secret garden of an ancient Venetian house of which I will tell the story that date back to the Napoleon period. We will prepare the dough of bigoli, rough spaghetti that we will make with an ancient bronze press and to combine with the typical desalted anchovy sauce. We will make together a series of Venetian appetizers with sea and land local products called "cicchetti" which we will taste while preparing the authentic Venetian spritz, the red coloured Venetian aperitif par excellence. The "cicchetti", symbol of typical Venetian cuisine, are apparently simple dishes but they are simple only in the time in which you eat them. Preparing them is an art, both in combining the right ingredients and to give that aesthetic touch that makes them even more appetizing. Alternative solutions are possible for vegetarians or vegans Finally, we will conclude the meal with my homemade tiramisu, classic with coffee or with fruit. Tiramisu is one of the most famous Italian desserts and was ideated near Venice. I look forward to welcoming you
