Can’t go to Italy this season? Pick the next best thing: a culinary tour of the belpaese while learning the best of regional cuisine.
Start your journey by preparing a Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, a thick belly warming tomato and bread soup heaped with fresh basil and shaved parmigiano reggiano and extra virgin olive oil.
Then travel south to Napoli making bite sized veal and ricotta meatballs to be served with pan roasted vegetables and balsamic reduction from Modena in Emilia Romagna, stopping by Roma to concoct a side of fluffy gnocchi alla romana, the pillowy semolina patties found on sunday’s italian tables.
Finish strong heading for Piemonte and Friuli to craft a luscious Amaretto tiramisu’.
No passport needed.

• 2 hours of preparation and cooking followed by 1 hr sit down lunch or dinner. Wine is on the house!
• Culinary studio located in the heart of Greenwich Village in a classic turn of the century apartment
• Separate European style dining room which accommodate up to 8 people sitting at the communal table
