Why we love this experience

The class will begin with a short demonstration on how to make these dreamlike buns, along with a fresh asian salad. Then it's over to you to give it a go!
Make two different bao fillings - Spiced Pulled Jackfruit Bao, Crispy Sweet Potato Bao and Asian Crispy Salad
At the end of the class, you will sit around our dining table and tuck into your creations with new and old friends!
Our chefs will be on hand to help, whilst giving you some useful kitchen tips
Bottomless wine included

professional. They created a perfect Sunday afternoon atmosphere. The quality of fish was excellent for preparing the sushi - wow! Between the two of us I think we made about 5 portions - 2 to eat there at the end and 3 to take away. I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend which seemed to be a common theme for the January class. I'd definitely recommend to couples, families or friends to try something a little different. Thanks for the sushi and lovely memory Avenue Cookery School, let's hope making it at home goes as well - cheers for the fish tips! :)
