Authentic cooking experience of traditional Spanish dishes guided by locals in a lovely apartment at the center of Barcelona.

It will be an experience with very reduced groups, for a maximum of 4 people. You can also book for a PRIVATE EVENT upon request!

You will enjoy 3 traditional Spanish dishes of your choosing - one starter, one main dish and one dessert – with high quality ingredients and while we taste some selected wines from different regions of Spain.
As good conversation is the best match for fine food, we can have a nice chat in which you can discover some curiosities about the Spanish culture.  

We want you to really enjoy the meal, so if there is any dish of the proposed menu you would like to change, just let us know, and we will look for another incredible dish! We can have VEGETARIAN OPTIONS!

Given that we are just starting, we are offering a reduced price, so take advantage! 

The activity will take 3.5h including the cooking and the dinner.

Traditional Spanish cooking Experience with locals

Spanish omelette or tortilla is probably the most traditional dish from Spain. It is the most common recipe to be mastered by every Spanish once becoming independent of parents.  It is made with eggs, potatoes and onion (without onion it is not the real Tortilla).

It does not need much introduction. The best of the paella is its versatility. We will prepare one of our favorites paella cooked with vegatables and meat.

MAIN DISHES

It is a dish made of sliced bread soaked in beaten eggs and typically milk, then pan fried. Most Spanish crave for a good torrija, hope you will do after tasting ours.

My partner and I are passionate about traditional Spanish food and wines. Our parents and grandparents are from different parts of Spain, so we have learned through past generations some of the most traditional and best dishes of the Spanish cuisine. We are also passionate about wines, so we would also share with our guests some of the best Spanish wines while eating traditional meals.
