A word about the experience
Fermenting food makes it easier for us to digest and provides us with a lot of power and a good dose of good humor. We want to bring useful microorganisms back into the kitchen!
Fermentation not only preserves food for a long time in a sustainable way but also develops completely new worlds of taste.
- Useful microorganisms ensure that the vegetables not only develop unique and special aromas and flavors, they are also pre-digested in a similar way to cooking, making them more digestible. - Cooking without fire", so to speak - yet all valuable nutrients and vitamins are preserved in their raw state during fermentation. - Last but not least, fermented foods also have a beneficial effect on digestion and help our intestinal flora, which is under a lot of strain these days, to regain its balance.
Would you like to bring your intestinal flora back into balance and give your digestion a boost? Then this class is for you!
