Purple beet pasta mixed with olive oil and Za’atar swimming in a bed of yogurt sauce with out delicious bread crumbles on top
Lentil Tortilla Topped with Slowly Cooked Meat
A homemade red lentil tortilla with squash, black beans, slow cooked meat, aioli, jalapeño, and chutney mango sauce.

Usually we serve two meat dishes per event, one fish dish and one meat dish (as noted below). But as we are seasonal, we prefer you contact us so we can close the perfect dish of choice before the event!
