After his SELL-OUT supper club series in the summer, Chef Fergus Blair is BACK and on a mission to carpet bomb your palettes with a world of bold flavours and innovative ingredient combinations, through a series of 10-courses of audacious autumnal 'modern global fusion' cuisine, fine-dining style - in one of London's most unique venues - a classic English church near Notting Hill.

What to expect
I arrived at the event feeling a little nervous but excited about going. I need not have worried because I was immediately put at ease. Upon arriving I was seated at a table with several other first timers. They were delightful and charming and really put me at ease. We had delicious food and wine was plentiful which really helped to make for easy conversation. The gin cocktail was lovely. However, my real bête noire is that the music was so loud that you had to shout across the table and shout across at each other. I had a really interesting conversation with two people on my table.
