Andalusian seafood dinner and wine pairing in a historic home 

The dinners take place in a privileged outdoor setting, a typical Sevillian house, classified by the City Council as a protected and cultural heritage. It was built by the famous architect Anibal Gonzalez, the main reference of Sevillian regionalist architecture and Director Architect of the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929.
If the weather permits us, the events will take place on the porch, with candles and incense and while listening to a traditional flamenco music.

You will get to know the house of a host and you will share dinner with other travelers from various parts of the world who are visiting Seville just like you, having the opportunity to make new friends while enjoying authentic Spanish cuisine. At the same time, I would love to tell you more about this incredible city and give you tips about authentic places that you should not miss, both gastronomic and cultural, and which you probably would not discover yourself unless you are given the help from a local. 

I am going to prepare a serie of typical dishes of Andalusian cuisine, all handcrafted with fresh seasonal products.  
 * Wine pairing is included for each dish and plus a glass of cava. There is also a possibility of having beer, soft drinks or water on request.

Small crusty bread with stuffing inside of different types of meat (cow, bacon, black pudding, sausage, etc...) cooked before in a very popular stew called "Andalusian stew"

My name is María and I am a Sevillian in love with my city and its gastronomy. 
Awhile ago I decided to launch an innovative idea as an alternative to the typical crowded restaurants that appear in all the tourist guides. The intention was to open the doors of my house and welcome all travelers who visit Seville and wish to have a unique experience through a perfect pairing of local cuisine and social relationships. 
With more than twenty five years of experience in the hospitality sector and a deep knowledge of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, my fundamental premise is to take maximum care of the quality of the products and the excellence of the service. In that sense, what I offer is not about avant-garde or molecular cuisine, here the goal is to eat well, with quality. With this intention, I have used typical family recipes past from previous generations and also more innovative ones, mixing tradition and modernity in perfect symbiosis. It resulted in being able to enjoy this fusion of flavours leisurely, in a safe and friendly environment surrounded by candles, incense and good music. 
Given the adverse circumstances that we are experiencing lately with the pandemic, we need to gradually recover the feeling of normality and return to enjoying unforgettable evenings, still within a high and demanding security framework that transmits confidence for the diner. 
Therefore, dinners will be served after previous disinfection of furniture, cutlery, cookery, tablecloth and napkins, the latter washed at 60º.
