About your hosts Dario and Elisa:

We are a young couple from Italy living in Barcelona. We love cooking traditional Italian food, experimenting with ingredients by adding our personal taste and sharing our recipes with friends and family.
We love good company, funny conversations, red wine and we just can't get enough of plants and music.

We are a young couple from Italy living in Barcelona. We love cooking traditional italian food, experimenting with ingredients by adding our personal taste and sharing our recipes with friends and family.
Dinner after dinner, we created a Gourmet Pizza Experience which offers a gastronomic tour across our favourite italian regions, seeking to use seasonal ingredients.
The dough we use is the results of an high hydratation process and 36h of leavening.
To remain faithfull to our italian tradition, at the end of the Pizza Tour we propose a tasting of our home-made Liqueurs, elaborated on original recipes but with an innovative twist.
