Cook and Feast on an authentic Indian meal

Marketing by profession and an animal rights advocate by passion, my interests are to connect with people across the world and share my culture with them while learning more about them. And what better way to do that than over cooking a meal together (even though virtually, for now)
I grew up enjoying my mothers simple home-cooked food always with fresh ingredients. When I cook, I incorporate all the tips from her to make a delightful meal yet in easy steps. 
My passion to help animals in need requires me to constantly raise funds and it was during the Covid-19 lockdown, I started online Indian vegetarian cooking classes on Zoom, which have got overwhelming response. I have a fundraiser cookbook, titled Meals with Mini, published in December 2020, sold 95+ copies in 10 days of release in USA & Canada. My next cookbook will be released in December 2021, featuring Indian Street Food & Regional cuisine of India. Funds raised are used for street dogs in India.
Armed with the success of already having taught a large number of people to cook Indian food in an online format, I now invite you to join me in my home and kitchen, to cook together and feast together.
