Mediterranean-Inspired Dinner with a Little Spice Up

Join a tasting style dinner, all about exploring new flavors and sharing the joy of amazing food. And of course we will finish with a secret desert which I will reveal after the dinner.

Food is my true passion but it is not the same when you can share the joy with more people. After the lockdown I decided to quit my job and start my own project. I create my own recipes and Asian cuisine has been a big inspiration in my journey. The year is almost over I thought of sharing my most popular mind blowing Asian Tapas. 

Asian Tapas Night

Expect dishes such as a soul nourishing coconut prawn soup with rice noodles

This soul nourishing soup is a good starter to warm you up and get you started. Coconut Cream base and Spiced king prawn are just a perfect combination accompanied by rice noodles and fresh coriander.

Round 1- Coconut Prawn Soup with rice noodles 

For all my Sushi lovers this tapas is for you. Rice Crockets are first grilled and then served with a creamy Crab Salad and Sriracha Mayo (optional if you prefer a non spicy version).

Round 2 - Shredded Crab Rice Crockets served Sriracha Mayo 

One of my favorites and surely a winner crispy Salmon rolls fried in Coconut oil and garlic. The secret of this dish is hidden in the sauce because those two are the real match.

Let's Meet & Eat

Cooking and food has taken a big part in my family while I was growing up. My mother and Grandmother used to cook traditional Ukrainian food so delicious and soul warming. I could sit in the kitchen all night just munching.
My cooking style is different from the traditional style. I love fresh and healthy food, I like to play with flavors add spices, add more colors to my dishes. Creating unique flavors is my way to express myself. I see food as art that connects people and makes so extremely happy sometimes. 

We are what we eat and so we have to be conscious with what we add to our plates. My style is: keep is simple keep it fresh and don't be scared to play with flavors. I buy my veggies & fruits from the local farmer stores, my cheeses and meats from small shops to support small businesses. Love is the key ingredient here. When I cook with love and passion I know for a fact it's gonna taste incredible. Let eat!
