Spend half your day in Anna's kitchen dedicated to the preparation and cooking of a complete three-courses meal with the guests.

You'll be making a typical pasta dish with its sauce made in the mortar, a meat or fish or vegetarian dish with a local side dish, a traditional local dessert. This cooking session will be followed by a full meal to enjoy what was made all together.

Use of French or English language as preferred by the guests.

Local Vermentino wine during the meal is included in the price

Milanese d'origine, vivo da quasi 20 anni nella zona del Tigullio. Per 12 anni ho gestito il mio B&B, poi una volta chiuso per ragioni famigliari, ho iniziato a ricevere ospiti nella mia nuova casa per mostrare loro come cucinare alla ligure. In questi anni di mia permanenza in questo angolo di Liguria ho approfondito la pratica e la conoscenza della cucina locale, inserendola in un lavoro di ricerca più approfondita della storia e tradizioni della regine. Come per il periodo del B&B, questi ultimi 4 anni di corsi di cucina sono stati un crescendo di momenti fantastici con gli ospiti da tutto il mondo che hanno apprezzato la mia ospitalità e l'esperienza culinaria che offro loro.
