A word about the experience
Half a day to spend in Anna's kitchen dedicated to the preparation and cooking of a complete three-courses meal with the guests (a typical pasta dish with its sauce made in the mortar, a meat or fish or vegetarian dish with a local side dish, a traditional local dessert) . This cooking session will be followed by a full meal to enjoy all together, and based on the menu prepared during the class. In the summer, you can eat in the garden with a magnificent view of the gulf. Use of French or English language as preferred by the guests. Groups of 2 to 8 people maximum are welcome. Local Vermentino wine during the meal included in the price.

Stuffed calmars with peas Fresh calmars stuffed with potatoes and herbs, cooked in a pan with tomato sauce and peas after being sprinkled with white wine
