A fixed prescheduled and seasonal menu, based on local materials and the crops of our own backyard. The wines are hand selected and suited to the menu su. Our cuisine combines modern and ancient techniques, specializing in open fire traditional methods, learned in the kitchens of two traditional grandmothers, local and worldwide cuisines. An intimate experience suited for 2-8 guests who wish to enjoy a fine dining unique meal, reflecting the desert's wisdom and charm by connecting agriculture, the kitchen and the art of hospitality.
