A home in Mitzpe Ramon hosting a tasting menu meal that includes 10-12 courses escorted by 4-5 wines. The meal's duration is two and a half hours.
A fixed prescheduled and seasonal menu, based on local materials and the crops of our own backyard. The wines are hand selected and suited to the menu su.
Our cuisine combines modern and ancient techniques, specializing in open fire traditional methods, learned in the kitchens of two traditional grandmothers, local and worldwide cuisines.
An intimate experience suited for 2-8 guests who wish to enjoy a fine dining unique meal, reflecting the desert's wisdom and charm by connecting agriculture, the kitchen and the art of hospitality.
Booking requires reservation and occurs in our home in Mtzpe Ramoni. We are open for dinner Sunday to Thursday.

BOTZ tells the story of Chef Tal Ashkenasi's travels around the world. Raised in the kitchens of two traditional grandmothers, Tal learned from a young age traditional cuisine and home cooking. Later on he traveled throughout the world and discovered his heart's appeal to the dichotomy between the traditional ancient cooking roots, and the strict modern European cooking. The arrival to Mitzpe Ramon and uncovering its agricultural history led to what BOTZ is today. 
In BOTZ we aspire to give our guests a delightful and balanced experience of this dichotomy between ancient and modern cuisine.
