I was born and raised in Guadalajara, México. I'm a food and beverage lover! 
I studied culinary techniques, worked on few restaurants, and studied Hospitality management. 
My passion is not only to cook, but what I really enjoy the most is cooking for my guests and deliver experiences. Time flyes when you are enying a great meal, a drink, and most important a good conversation.  I love to share my culture and traditions so far from my homeland, and bring to this foreign country real and traditional Mexican food, not Texmex.
