I was born in Argentina but I lived in Chile until I was 13. I then moved to Spain with my parents and have lived all over the country.

I have traveled throughout Europe and other parts of the world researching different cuisines. Six years ago I opened my first restaurant 'Distrito Vegano' which has since become very popular. Then I opened 'Tía Carlota' and 'La Modernista'. All of them are 100% Plant Based and the latest is also Gluten Free.
