During the winter-spring we offer you to taste the most international Catalan dish: Calçotada. We make this traditional dish every year in these times for two generations. Always with family and friends.
We will start with an aperitif, accompanied by vermouth, wine and beers. This dish is made up of calçots (elongated onions) cooked over a flame accompanied by a very special sauce: romesco sauce. Then with the embers of the firewood we make a wonderful barbecue of meat from local producers. Pork belly, pork ribs, chicken, white and black sausage. (You can also add lamb) The barbecue is accompanied by some vegetables, such as potatoes, beans and roasted peppers. We will finish with coffee and some sweets
This meal is made outdoors, we have an ideal space with beautiful views.

My name is Carlos, I am an Engineer and have a degree in Communication. I grow my own vegetables and am a licensed cook. Social entrepreneur, Our Start-Up Ecohortum is a specialist in products and content for urban agroecology and healthy eating.
I belong to a gastronomic association, where every week we cook all kinds of Spanish and Mediterranean dishes.
I love sharing our rich gastronomy with people from all over the world. Meat and fish, vegetables from our garden and dishes as Mediterranean as paellas

I speak Spanish, Catalan and English and together with my wife Susana Italian and French. We know the entire area very well, the mountain villages, the cultural and agricultural routes and we know how to cook all the typical food of the region: calçotades, paellas and all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine.
Through our Gastronomic and Cultural Association we offer you a meeting place, work and leisure, practicing the art of gastronomy, as well as business, cultural, social and corporate activities. Likewise, the activities related to innovation, ecology, food are the object of the Association. We have three spaces, two in Barcelona and one in Tarragona
We offer you gastronomic experiences of the land based on local producers, orchards and barbecue. The idea is to offer you a Mediterranean space and cook and learn the art of gastronomy together. From our garden we can consume some varieties of products according to availability and season.
