Calçotada. International Catalan cuisine During the winter-spring we offer you to taste the most international Catalan dish: Calçotada. We make this traditional dish every year in these times for two generations. Always with family and friends. We will start with an aperitif, accompanied by vermouth, wine and beers. This dish is made up of calçots (elongated onions) cooked over a flame accompanied by a very special sauce: romesco sauce. Then with the embers of the firewood we make a wonderful barbecue of meat from local producers. Pork belly, pork ribs, chicken, white and black sausage. (You can also add lamb) The barbecue is accompanied by some vegetables, such as potatoes, beans and roasted peppers. We will finish with coffee and some sweets This meal is made outdoors, we have an ideal space with beautiful views.
