I’m Andy the chef at Dollop. We’re a London based catering company specialising in small intimate events for your home or party and Supper clubs around London. I curate the menus at Dollop to each specific event working closely with the client to give them a dining experience they’ll enjoy and remember for a long time!
I have over 12 years of experience as a chef and have worked in Bath, London and Melbourne within hotels and restaurants. Most of my experience has been working in 1-3 Michelin starred and hatted kitchens and I would say my own style is casual fine dining emphasising on what is best in season at that time, utilising my experience within contemporary European cuisine to produce simple and elegant dishes.
