I am true foodie. I love exploring good food all around the country. Wherever I travel to, I would seek for good place to eat. Cooking has always been my passion. I grew up helping my grandma in the kitchen. My family used to run a small restaurant in Tak (my hometown) in the northern region of Thailand. I have learnt traditional cooking techniques that passed on from generation to generation. Having live in NYC for over a decade, I am exposed to great varieties of food. I am wishing to fulfill what is still missing, and introducing my guests to the new experience, cooking unique flavor from Thai food.
