Raised by my beloved chef grandmother in the kitchen of vibrant Rayong food scene, growing up around a vast selections of local Thai ingredients has always been my playground. 

Our various traditional Thai fermentation paste-making methods, passed down from our mentors, are the roots of our conventional Thai cooking. We will serve you dishes that are perfect blends of fresh ingredients and herbs, giving you a flavor of complex, yet delicate palette that tells a story about the Thai culture. 

Our goal is to bridge the gap between the modern, the traditional, and the unseen Thai culinary delight - preparing dining experiences that are defined by traditional Thai wisdom from the past. With “Gaaeng," our unique family-style narrative dining concept, we will give you a dining experience that you will never forget, just like how we remember at our grandmother's.

About your host Pao :
"We have been working in the food industry for more than 6 years in Boston up to creating the first menu for the award recognized Thai Tapas Bar "Mahaniyom" that gave me and Meen, my partner, inpirations to spread Thai food to our beloved town. Aside from being a Thai culinary artist, I'm also a bartender and a graphic designer, so we would love to share our love and passion through beauty of the art, food, and culinary
