Join French Chef Guillaume for a modern, seasonal French-inspired tasting menu hosted at GILVIC, an exclusive creative dining space on the Kingsland Road in the heart Hoxton. Guillaume will welcome you with a delicious welcome cocktail on arrival, before serving a 3-course tasting menu based on seasonal, locally-sourced British produce.

and Maja, restaurant manager, from London with a Croatian and Swiss background, and 15 years' experience in hospitality,
