Dalit has been living in Sao Miguel Island since 2017. Before that she worked as a yacht chef in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. She enjoys combining the skills and knowledge which she acquired in different parts of the world with the delicious and fresh ingredients found on the island.
Luis is a born and raised Micaelense (native of Sao Miguel), who loves sharing with others his knowledge about the history, nature and culture of the island. His curious and gregarious personality makes him a perfectly delightful and fascinating dinner companion.
