A word about the experience
During this online class, we'll cook together 4 vegetarian recipies for the aperitif! On the menu: 2 different dips, crackers, and one apetizer. The recipies evolve according to the seasons, and my inspiration, but here is a sneak peek of what we can realize: beetroot cream with fresh goat cheese, dip made of carrots, dates and mint, humus of sweet potato and peanuts... but also salty cookies with nuts and blue cheese, spring rolls, carrots and cumin muffins ... I forward you the lis of ingredients to buy and the material necessary before the class, and at the end I send you all the recipies so you can do it again later by yourself. All of this with good music on the back and good mood :)
