The idea is simple: Do it exactly like home. No compromises. Food and music like Athens. We bring all our spices from Greece, the oldest brand, ILIOS, what we use at home. We bring organic caper and kritamo in jars from my island, Syros. We bring KYKNOS tomato paste, the most classic taste, what every Greek household uses. We buy only imported real Greek feta, the top brand in the world, DODONI. We buy only imported Greek yoghurt, one of the most finest companies, KOLIOS. All these, combined with the finest products of the Mediterranean soil and the knowledge I bring from my family, will transfer you to the real experience of Greek food in Israel. The dishes? Well, you know them already from all the tavernas of Athens. And the music? Also classic, also authentic. With my band, Achilles and the Philoxenia, we perform accoustic with live bouzouki, guitar and voice, just like in the Rembetadika of Athens. STARTERS
Tzatziki Made with real thick and creamy Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
Fava The Greek version of humus, made of crushed yellow split peas, with olive oil, a touch of carrot and grated red onion.
Skordalia Mashed potatoes, with crushed almonds, garlic, olive oil, nutmeg, and fresh herbs.
Pantzarosalata A milder version of tzatziki, with real Greek yogurt, red beetroots, crushed walnuts, garlic and olive oil.
SALADS
HORIATIKI SALATA Big chunks of tomato, cucumber, red onion, green pepper, black olives, capers and a thick slice of Greek Feta, topped with extra virgin olive oil, kritamo leaves and dried oregano.
POLITIKI SALATA Istanbul Salad, with purple cabbage, carrots, celery, parsley in thin slices, raisins, crushed garlic in a lemon, mustard and olive oil dressing.

A old and traditional stew with eggplants and Medjool dates, white onion, cumin, cinnamon in fresh tomato sauce, topped with crushed Greek Feta on a bed of rice.
Spanakopita Freshly baked in the oven - filo pastry traditional pie with lots of spinach, leek, green onion, eggs, Feta and fresh herbs and spices.
Patates Fournou Mouth-watering special crusty and spicy oven potatoes with olive oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic and red paprika.
MAIN COURSE
Kreas Sti Gastra Tender chunks of beef slowly cooked into a sealed pot in the oven, with lemon and white wine sauce, onions, mushrooms, carrots and spices .
DESSERT
Mossaiko Family style chocolate, cookies, and brandy dessert, on a bed of fresh cream with seasonal fruit cubes.
