Milanese, with Neapolitan origins, he lives between Milan and Puglia, where he produces extra virgin olive oil and a line of vegetable preserves. Cooking is his greatest passion and it has also become a job. He started in the United States and worked in Milan and Puglia. Actually he is a Chef, location indipendent by choice and food designer in commercials and cinema. He cooks using the vegetables produced on his land, where he doesn't use chemicals.
