I was born in a small town close to Rome in Italy, where I've been raised surrounded by incredible flavours.
I believe my passion for food has always been with me from when I was young, thanks especially to the love and passion my family has for cooking.
I still can feel so clearly the flavours of my mother's or my grandfather's dishes in my mind just thinking about it, that magic that will always be with me.
I've started to work and live in different countries from the age of 20, passing by London, Bahrain, Grand Cayman, and back to London again.
Driven by passion and curiosity I've challenged myself in a lot of different environments, learning from different cultures and traditions.
After years of experience accumulated in 5 star luxury resorts and hotels, casual and fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, I've decided to share my ideas of food through private dining events.
I really love to use the best local products at their pick of the season, respecting the product in a sustainable way using even parts that are usually wasted as a part of the dishes.
My goal with this project is to create a connection with my guests and share my passion and story with them, making them enjoy their special occasions with us!
Give them amazing memories of the experience that will always be with them, with flavours that come from the roots of my traditions twisted with some modern techniques that will blow their mind and palate!
