A memorable candlelit dinner in a centrally located Amsterdam canal house. The soirée will commence with a jazz accompanied apéritif (charcuterie, various petits-fours) and then follow with a candlelit 4-course French meal. Recipe possibilities might include a succulent blanquette de veau or a fusion tartare of salmon with green apple and soy sauce. I am excited to transmit my passion surrounded by wonderful guests, whether they be tourists or Amsterdam locals. Wine, beer, tea and coffee will be included.
