Main Course
Indian Butter Chicken
A fresh turn on a restaurant standard. This butter chicken is tender and flavorful, with the chicken marinated overnight in a yogurt and turmeric spice blend. It's simmered slowly to bring out the flavors and served over rice with a bright cilantro chutney.
Grilled Nopales with Preserved Lemon, Cilantro, & Pepitas
Strips of young opuntia nopales (from our garden or a local source) are roasted, giving them a smoky and complex flavor to compliment their tartness. Toasted pepitas and preserved lemon balance the flavors.
Watermelon & Mint Salad
a simple refreshing salad on a warm day!
chunks of bright watermelon are complemented by garden mint, the smoky heat of Tajine, and the saltiness of Cotija cheese. A classic summer salad here on the hill--

Lemon Rosemary Sorbet with shortbread

Lemon Sorbet from our sturdy lemon tree with the added depth of rosemary.
Real, real Local Limoncello
Made and bottled right here on the property. The first batch of the season is ready as of June 4th, 2022! A bath of limoncello takes a minimum of 20 lemons, approximately 1000mL of vodka, and six weeks to steep. I've been making it for friends for about ten years now.
