Take a trip with Vlada & Ian to Eastern Europe with this multi-course Bulgarian feast in Long Island City, Queens.  Upon arrival guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail followed by 4-courses of Bulgarian specialties and favorites that are well known to the country. Vlada, being a Bulgarian native, will walk the guests through the origin of each dish while putting her own spin on traditional recipes, and cultivating a unique experience in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I was born in Bulgaria, and moved to the United States about twelve years ago. Though I've been away from my home for quite a while, I tend to like to stick to my roots, and continue to find joy in spreading Bulgarian culture the best way I know how, food!
