If you want to discover, taste and learn how to make typical recipes of Sicilian and Italian cuisine, then this is the right experience for you!
I will make you discover and love making fresh pasta and its sauces. We will make three types of pasta together, one of which is stuffed. You will learn to cook these typical dishes of my land.

We will start by enjoying a fresh aperitif with typical snacks from my region. We will cook together and eat the prepared pasta, seasoned with typical Sicilian sauces. After preparing and cooking we will sit in the garden to enjoy our dishes while sipping a fresh wine and an excellent coffee.

Mi chiamo Francesca Casa e sono Lady Chef della Regione Sicilia. Io considero il mio rapporto con la cucina come una grande storia d'amore e i miei piatti sono il frutto di questa grande passione.Sono anche una food blogger, ho una pagina su Instagram molto seguita (@_cucina_di_casa) è proprio questa ha avuto un ruolo importante nella mia crescita come cuoca, perché è sempre stato uno stimolo per aggiornarmi, conoscere e migliorarmi. Inoltre è stata occasione di confronto, di conoscenza di molte persone appassionate di cucina, di incontro con professionisti e amatori.Lavoro sia presso il mio "homerestaurant", dove ricevo, faccio lezioni di cucina sia dal vivo che on line,che come chef a domicilio. A parte questo sono anche una "Cesarina" e grazie anche a questo, la mia è una cucina prevalentemente del territorio, a Km 0 e nel rispetto delle tradizioni, naturalmente con qualche tocco personale.

My name is Francesca Casa and I am Lady Chef of the Sicily Region. I consider my relationship with cooking as a great love story and my dishes are the fruit of this great passion. I am also a food blogger, I have a very popular Instagram page (@_cucina_di_casa) and this has played a role important in my growth as a cook, because it has always been a stimulus to update, get to know and improve myself. It was also an opportunity for discussion, for meeting many people who are passionate about cooking, for meeting professionals and amateurs. I work both at my "home restaurant", where I receive, I do cooking lessons both live and online, and as a chef at domicile. Apart from this I am also a "Cesarina" and thanks also to this, mine is mainly a local cuisine, at Km 0 and respecting the traditions, naturally with some personal touches.
